Standard service or to place an order; Dial our Main listed Number; 973-575-6600 then “1” to reach customer support services. Then "1" again to report a trouble or leave a general message. If a representative is availiable, your call will be directly routed to the representative. In the event a representative is not availiable at that time, you will be given the option to leave a message in the Service mailbox. when a message is left, our automated system notifies the technical staff immediately. A Computel service representative will call you back as soon as possible.

Emergency Service; If you are experiencing a down system or other emergency problems, you may dial “1” to reach customer support services. Then “2” and leave a message in the emergency mailbox. Our on call technicians will call you back within 15 minutes. Please, don’t forget to leave a cell phone number or other valid callback information. |
